The selection of raw materials and the high-quality craftsmanship make each shoe one of a kind.
From the initial idea to the construction of the prototype. That’s the exciting beginning of our shoes, starting with a pencil, a last, and paper. With creativity, our designers blend style and fit, color and function.
After creating the pattern for each size, the basis for the subsequent steps is set here by precise knife guidance.
Now the individual leather pieces are sewn together. Care is needed here as well, since unsightly stitches would detract from the appearance.
Fastening the insole to the last (AGO method).
Here, the upper part is pulled around the last and glued to the insole.
The slats and corresponding top section are placed on the assembly line.

The side edges are roughened to optimally prepare for bonding to the sole,

This is where the adhesive is applied.
Finally united: The sole is glued to the upper part of the shoe and then pressed.
Now pull the shoe
off the last.

Then it can go on.
Wrap them in tissue paper and then place them in the shoe box. This way, our shoes are well protected for shipping.
